We process personal data in accordance with the data-protection legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can reach us at .
2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, optional phone number, area of interest and your message.
- Newsletter: your e-mail address.
- Security data: IP address and the time of form submissions, used to prevent spam and abuse.
- Analytics (only with your consent): pseudonymous usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected via Google Analytics 4.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and taking steps before a possible contract — based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures at your request.
- Sending the newsletter — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Protecting the website against spam and abuse (reCAPTCHA, rate limiting) — based on our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure.
- Website analytics — based solely on your consent given in the cookie banner.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We only use analytics cookies after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of every page.
- byte_cookie_consent (local storage, necessary): remembers your cookie choice.
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics, optional): distinguish visitors for statistics; set only with consent, stored for up to 2 years.
- Google reCAPTCHA (necessary): analyses interaction with the page to distinguish humans from bots when forms are used.
5. Recipients and processors
We use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — reCAPTCHA and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
- Zoho Corporation (ZeptoMail) — delivery of form messages by e-mail. A copy of your message is also sent to the e-mail address you provide.
- Our hosting provider — operation of the website and server logs.
Some of these providers may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina and the EEA. In such cases, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, unless the law requires longer retention. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Security data used for spam protection is kept for a short period only.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
8. Security
We protect data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/HSTS), a strict Content Security Policy, access control and spam protection.
